Keeping it light this morning

After Fridays start with the big banks reporting earnings, we entered the weekend in anticipation of this weeks continuation of more banks, and eventually big tech. At least I am.

Who’s reporting this week?

• Charles Schwab today

• Johnson & Johnson, Goldman Sachs, Netflix report Tuesday

• US Bank, Corp., Ally, bank, Tesla, IBM, Discover, report Wednesday

• PPG, DR Horton, report Thursday

• Regions and P and G report Friday

Of course there are many more, yet these are some of the ones who will get the headlines.

Fridays close saw more new lows vs new highs in the Nasdaq. I’m curious to see if we ramp up to lower lows as we head in to the summer months. With the Fed to report in the coming weeks and a possible continuation of raising of the Fed Funds rates an additional .25bps, is suspect we could see June 2022 lows again.
