The Fed, Retail Investors and Bear Rally's

Each time the members of the Federal Reserve come out and reiterate that they will continue to fight inflation by raising Fed Funds Rates it seems right around the time that Retail Investor are bullish and rallying the QQQ and markets overall to lower highs then previous time. But then it hits resistance and the QQQ and markets have pulled back to lower lows.
