Does Bidens speech have my effect on todays markets?

Last night President Biden gave his state of the union address. With a divided congress, its most likely he won’t get his Billionaire tax, or some of the other proposals in the works. The question I have, do these have any short-term effect on the QQQ’s?

Below is my take on the present conditions of the QQQ ETF.
