All About the Fed

Smell that? That’s Opportunity!!

Markets sold off yesterday in a sizable way. It’s all about the Fed today. All the indexes have hit that top side of their ranges. I believe in anticipation of the Fed raising rates the expected 25 basis points.

After Janet Yellen announced that June 1 could be the top of the debt ceiling, continuation of raising rates, and the move higher in gold, we could see intense selling going into the summer months. Most important about this is how you risk manage it.

Looking at the Mega Macro cycle that we are in, littered with debt, social unrest, and foreign conflicts (war), at some point things have to reset. I was speaking with a friend who has been in the financial industry for over 30 years yesterday, we both agree that this is when wealth is truly created. I’m not talking small wealth, I’m talking mega wealth. It’s those who can look at it and see the opportunity within it. Those who are willing to study history and learn and test ideas and learn, create enormous wealth. You have the power to do just this.
